PRODUCTS
Woodworks is a strong bonding PVAc adhesive for woodworking in the furniture-making industry. It is a non-flammable, non-combustible and non-toxic product in nature. Woodworks has been designed for both manual & machine application, hence an optimum level of flow with spreadability can be achieved, resulting in high coverage. It is compliant with EN204 D2 standards.

Storage
Storage of the material should be in a dark place without direct exposure to sunlight. Once opened post usage, the can needs to be properly closed for lesser skin formation and product performance.

Woodworks Wetshield is a water-resistant and high bonding specially formulated synthetic resin adhesive for post-forming, lamination and all types of woodworking. The high water resistance makes it ideal for usage in damp areas like bathroom doors, kitchen doors, etc. This is non-flammable, non-combustible and non-toxic in nature. It has been designed for the optimum level of flow for maximum coverage. It is compliant to EN204 D3 standards individually, and by addition of 5% WOODWORKS HARDENER gives EN204 D4 standard like properties.
Applications
- For bonding Plywood to Laminate.
- For Bonding laminate, plywood & other hard /softwood, veneer, particleboard, MDF, blockboard, hardboard with each other.
- For special applications for woodworking industries for edge to edge joint, figure joint & all types of joints using all types of wood.

The product has a high bonding strength of PVC tape/Acrylic sheet to the substrate. This is non-flammable, non-combustible and non-toxic in nature.

- For bonding Acrylic sheets for all types of woodworking- hardwood & synthetic wood.
- For bonding PVC tape for manual edge binding.
