Headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the “Varam group” banner there are three companies which are into manufacturing of printing inks, adhesives and binders, construction care chemicals and epoxy flooring solutions. Founded in the year 1986, Ram Enterprises is in the field of printing inks. Vasudha Colours was founded in 2003 to manufacture paint binders and now has a range of water and solvent-based adhesives for the furniture, packaging and automobile industries. Neocrete Technologies was founded in 2006 by a team of technocrats and is into developing surfacing products. Neocrete Technologies is at the technological forefront in innovation in the field of in-situ flooring. These flooring products are designed exclusively to protect surfaces against physical, mechanical, chemical and biological attacks.
The group, with its products and services, caters to a wide spectrum of industries touching upon printing and packaging, furniture, pharma, construction, paper, automobile and paint industries. It has now ventured into the FMCG space, launching herbal mosquito repellants, air fresheners and home care products under the brands Varam Herbals, Unwind and Cipher respectively.
