Neocrete Technologies was founded in 2006 by a team of technocrats and is into developing surfacing products. Neocrete Technologies is at the technological forefront in innovation in the field of in-situ flooring. These flooring products are designed exclusively to protect surfaces against physical, mechanical, chemical and biological attacks.

It has now ventured into the FMCG space launching herbal mosquito repellants, air fresheners and home care products under the brands Varam Herbals, Unwind and Cipher respectively.

An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, he brings in his business acumen towards the strategic growth of the Group. With over 40 years of experience in the chemical field, his direction and guidance are unparalleled.
Founder and Director of Neocrete Technologies Pvt Ltd, Mr Nagarajan, a chemical engineer, who brings in over 40 years of rich experience in various fields such as petrochemicals, batteries, construction chemicals including epoxy/PU floorings. His expertise and calibre, through his product research and development, has spiralled Neocrete into a fine name for a wide range of innovative epoxy flooring products. Mr Nagarajan continues to spearhead new product lines and create effective solutions. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Science.
Mr Sumanth spearheads the sales efforts for our retail range of adhesives, Woodworks. He is an avid traveller and is always on the move to meet customers and suppliers and drives the expansion of Woodworks to new markets. Mr Sumanth also oversees the day to day administration of the adhesives division.
Mr Sabareesh is a techie and leads product research, development & improvement for our adhesives division. An ardent reader and keen listener, he brings in much input to channelise growth efforts of the Group. Mr Sabareesh also oversees the day to day administration of the adhesives division.
Ms Kavya is an accountant and a creative enthusiast. Her love of law keeps the team abreast and well prepared of all new legal changes, in the direct and indirect tax fields. She works on all retail product launches and marketing for the new products of the Varam kitty.
Mr Halaswamy spearheads the accounting division for the entire Group. His rich experience brings in the required discipline to the team in all activities, from record-keeping to summarised reports so as to update the Management regularly on different aspects of the business.
