Manufacturing & Quality Control

If you have already done the above steps and are looking for someone to just manufacture. You have us! 

We are certified under ISO 9001:2015 QMS, 14001:2015 EMS and 45001:2018 OHSMS, which is an Integrated Management System catering to Quality, Environment and Health and Safety of the workforce.

We can manufacture your products under the job work model, where you can supply as the raw materials and packaging materials. We would manufacture them based on your Standard Operating procedures and ensure adherence to your Quality Standards. 

Once the products are manufactured and tested internally for your product specifications, we can submit samples for your approval and then go for the packaging of the same. Batch samples are retained at our side for any future references. 

We have various machines such as High Speed Blenders, Mixers, and Precision Filling of various sizes of Aerosol sprays, Semi-Automatic Filling for small volumes, Labelling machines for roll form application or manual application of labels for small volumes. Ink jet machine for MRP and Batch printing on labels, printing machine for Outer Box labels. 

All machines and weighing scales are calibrated as per ISO requirements and hence you can rest assured of consistency and quality of all the jobs we do!

• We have a vast experience even in the manufacture of aerosol sprays doing products for global clients and multi-nationals. We can give you products with propellants such as LPG and Nitrogen.

 

Procurement

• We can either procure from your certified suppliers or we can do the procurement ourselves as we have multiple suppliers already serving all required needs
• Raw material needs such as oils, fragrances, herbal ingredients and more
• Packaging needs such as PET containers, HDPE containers, PP Bottles, Aluminum Cans, Tin Cans, Printed labels and more
• Final packing needs such as Carton Boxes, Printed Tapes, Outer Box Labels and more

Dispatch

• Once products are manufactured we can either book the material to your place or you can send your transport to pick up from our place.

 

Inventory Management

• We manage all inventory supplied to us and keep you updated on the stock position periodically with reports and emails. This way, you are always ready to manufacture. If you give us projections of the finished goods needed per month, we will procure all the materials needed and give you timelines and the date of dispatch for your products. 
• If you decide to just send us the material for job work, you will still know what is with us and you can plan just the remaining of the materials for the work.
